I love fat. I truly do. I love everything about it, in all of its forms and iterations.
I love the tastes and aromas of fatty foods. I love the smooth and creamy textures, the rich flavors and aromas, the starchy-sugary sweetness, the salty-buttery savoriness and crispy deep-fried crunch of fat-laden foods as they dance upon my tongue and slide down my throat. I love knowing that the sumptuous fat that’s in the food I’m eating will soon be inside of me, stored forever (some of it at least) in the fat cells within my body.
